Creating a Schedule

To create a schedule, follow these steps:
1 Select the Scheduler utility icon on the Applications toolbar:
The Schedule Utility dialog box appears.
2 Select New.
The ADD dialog box appears.
3 From the Agent field, select the name of the agent you want to schedule for
monitoring.
4 In the Begin At frame, use the Time field to enter the time at which you
want the monitoring to begin.
Note: The time entered in the Begin At frame must be after the current
time and before the end time. The current time is taken from the time set on
the server, not the time on your computer.
5 In the Begin At frame, use the Date field to enter the date on which you
want the monitoring to begin.
6 In the End At frame, use the Time field to enter the time at which you want
the monitoring to end.
Note: The maximum allowable length of a monitoring session is 240
minutes.
7 In the End At frame, use the Date field to enter the date on which you want
the monitoring to end.
8 Select Add\OK to save the schedule.
9 Repeat the procedure to create another schedule.
10 Select Return to return to the Schedule Utility dialog box.
The schedules appear in the schedule list.
11 Select Exit to close the Schedule Utility dialog box.
