Graphs and Reports
The differences are described in the following table:
Group Detail
There are two columns with the
column on the left side [1]
indicating the supervisors to whom
agents are assigned.
The column on the right side [2]
shows the agents that were
activated for the report.
The set of examples in the following section is compiled using the Graph
application in group summary mode.

Group Summary
This is the Graph window in group
summary mode.
There is now a third field showing [3].
This field allows you to define reports
that can compare a group of agents
against another group of agents,
supervisors against other supervisors,
and so on, all on the same report.
