Graphs and Reports
The following figure shows the Group Summary report preview:
Overview
The Group Summary graph and report averages all agents reporting to one
supervisor or a group that you can define, and alphabetically lists the groups
and their performance summary (as for the Group Detail report). Groups
can be defined by using the supervisor hierarchy and selecting some or all of
the agents assigned to the manager or supervisor, thus creating a report by
manager or supervisor.
Note: The system defaults the group name to the chosen manager or
supervisor. You can change the name if you wish.
Alternatively, you can choose agents from all agents or different supervisors
entering a group name of their choice. You can do this process several times
to create several groups to compare groups against each other.
