Fault 11 Software Incompatible

Fault Description
One or more devices on the machine are not at the correct software revision.
Conditions for Setting the Fault
One or more of the controllers in the system has software that is incompatible with the other controllers.
Recommended Service Actions
Step 1: Verify that the fault repeats.
1.
Safely stop the machine and all attachments.
2.
Shut off the machine by rotating the key switch to the O
3.
Turn on the machine by rotating the key switch to the O
Note:
If the fault does not repeat immediately, duplicate the operation of the machine when the fault
occurred.
4.
Look at the InfoCenter and see if the fault has repeated.
Pass
The fault did not repeat. Go to
Fail
The fault repeated. Go to Step 2.
Step 2: Use Toro DIAG to reprogram the machine.
1.
Connect a PC with Toro DIAG software to the machine through a Toro DIAG cable (Part No. 115-1944).

Use the Toro DIAG software to reprogram the machine in accordance with Toro DIAG User's Guide. The
replacement motor is programmed during the reprogramming of the machine.

Disconnect the Toro DIAG cable from the machine.
