Pass The resistance readings were good.
1. Leave the key switch in the O
2. Leave the battery disconnected. Refer to

4. Reconnect all wires to the contactor.
5. Go to Step 5.
Fail One or more of the resistance readings was not good.
1. Replace the main contactor.
2. Go to Returning the Machine to Service (page 20)
Step 5: Test the function of the main contactor to determine your
troubleshooting path.
Note:
When the machine is working correctly, you will hear two clicks when the key switch is moved to the
O position:

The first click is the battery controller contactor engaging. This powers up the TEC-2402 controller and the
InfoCenter.

The second click is the main contactor engaging. This is the main contactor connecting battery power to
the electric motor.
