The following illustration shows a screen with three columns:
Configurable, In Use, and Last BootP. Use the Configurable column to
configure a new value for the field. The In Use column shows the current
value used by the switch and the Last BootP column displays a value
assigned to the field by a BootP request. These fields are shown in the
following illustration.

Action
Connect a computer to the switch through a data port using a
standard RJ-45 network cable.
Open a web browser on the attached computer and enter the
factory default IP address of the switch in the following format:
http://<IPAddress>
The main screen of the Web-based Management Interface
opens. Select Configuration > IP from the menu.
Use the fields in
Table 16 "IP Configuration fields" (page 87)
configure the IP parameters.
Click Apply.
