When the power-and-ground setup of a Passport 15000 or 20000 uses the
hardware that complies with the European Telecommunications Standards
Institutes (ETSI), the hardware assembly is installed between the power
source cables and the breaker interface panel (BIP). See the figure "ETSI
power-and-ground assembly A0834149" (page 151).
