The iCast 10NDI five channel all-in-one streaming switcher allows the user to stream and record your
program at the same time. From any SDI/HDMI input sources, the video streaming server generates
an H.264 encoded stream that is compliant with RTSP or RTMP protocols. While encoding the video
at bit rates appropriate for live streaming, the video streaming server concurrently records a high-
quality MP4 file to a 2.5" hard disk.

RTSP/TS/HLS

The stream server allows any client device to connect and playback your video stream in RTSP, TS or
HLS mode.
The following operation procedure uses VLC media player to playback video stream. If
your PC or laptop does not have VLC media player installed, please visit VideoLAN's
official homepage (https://www.videolan.org/) and download the installation file then
install the program.
Follow the steps below to obtain the RTSP URL:
1. On the web UI, click the "Streaming" tab to open the stream settings page.
2. Select a stream engine then the encoder from the Encoder Source drop-down menu. See

3. Select RTSP from the Stream Type drop-down menu.
4. Click the Start Stream button to generate the RTSP URL.
5. Based on your settings, the device will automatically generate the RTSP URL
rtsp://root:root@192.168.1.201:556/session0.mpg.
