Prerequisites
• Locate the supplied power cord the main unit and optional expansion
cabinet.
• The power supply must be within 1.5 m (5 ft) of the BCM450 unit and
within 1.5 m (5 ft) of the AC power outlet.

Action
Connect the BCM450 main or expansion cabinet power cord to a
non-switchable, third-wire ground AC electrical outlet.
If you use a power bar, connect the power cord to the power bar and
connect the power bar to the outlet.
