ENTANGLEMENT HAZARD
To Avoid Injury:
•
Entanglement hazards such as choking, scalping and/or lacerations can occur if loose clothing, personal jewelry, neck ware,
hair or gloves are not kept away from the power tool and accessories.
•
Gloves can become entangled with the linear drive, causing severed or broken fingers.
•
Do not wear loose fitting gloves or gloves with cut or frayed fingers.
•
Never hold the nose assembly.
•
Keep hands away from linear drives.

Operating Hazards
OPERATING HAZARD
To Avoid Injury:
•
Use of the rivet setter may expose the operator's hands to hazards including crushing, impacts, cuts, abrasions and heat.
Wear suitable gloves to protect hands.
•
Operators and maintenance personnel must be physically able to handle the bulk, weight and power of the rivet setter.
•
Hold the rivet setter correctly; be ready to counteract normal or sudden movements – have both hands available.
•
Maintain a balanced body position and secure footing.
•
Use only lubricants recommended elsewhere in this instruction manual.
