 Error codes on print jobs
Job lists are recorded in the [Print Log], [Transmission Journal], [Reception Journal] and [Scan Log] page of
TopAccess. The following error codes are sometimes shown on these pages. These codes help you specify the cause of
an error you might encounter. It is recommended to take a memo of the displayed error code when you need to
contact your service representative.
The error codes are also shown on the [Log] screen of the touch panel. See the following list when you find an error
code on the touch panel. If the error code displayed is not in it, contact your service representative.

Expired job (Period of time to save, Private, Hold, Proof,
invalid Jobs, Multi Station Print, Print job in [Skipped]
status) has been deleted automatically.
Check whether the power cable is connected properly and
is inserted securely. Then resend the job.
Delete unnecessary private print jobs and invalid
department print jobs. Then reattempt the operation.
The number of registered jobs for Multi Station Print has
exceeded the upper limit. Reduce the jobs.
The Multi Station Print job cannot be registered. Fix the
settings for Multi Station Print.
The user performing the printing has not been
authenticated or registered. Perform user authentication
