2.16 Mesa Pro is Locked Up

If the Mesa Pro is completely stuck and won't respond or you
cannot get to the Start menu, hold the power key down for five
seconds and wait for at least five minutes for the system to show
the "Slide to shut down your PC" message. If that doesn't work,
hold down the power key for 10 seconds. This causes a hardware
shut off. Press the power button again to power it on.
If 10 seconds doesn't work, hold the power button down for 20
seconds. Batteries are forced to electrically disconnect from the
tablet, causing a complete shut down. The tablet cannot be
powered on again until it is plugged in with the AC wall charger.
Keep this in mind if you are in the field.
CAUTION: Holding the power button down for 10 or 20
!
seconds for a forced disconnect is recommended only as a
last resort. Forcing the power off causes all unsaved data to be
lost and corrupts active data transfers to storage.
