How to activate Verizon Wireless on a
Mesa 2 with OS 18323
Inserting a SIM card from Verizon Wireless may not immediately activate on a Mesa 2 unit that has
"Original OS Version: 18323" in "Device Info" similar to as shown below.
To activate, please follow these steps.
1. Download and extract the following archive file. This file is large, so may take a while to
download. You may also need to allow permissions to download and access this file.
