Groups
The GT-5 is based on the Group/Bank/Number system for selecting patches. There are 4 User Groups and 6
Preset Groups. Use the following procedure to change groups:
Press the GROUP button repeatedly to access any of the 10 groups.

Banks
Each of the groups contains 5 banks. Use the following procedure to access the banks:
Press Pedal B. You'll notice the bank number blinking in the display. This
means the GT-5 is waiting for you to select a BANK Number. Press ped-
als 1-5 to select the bank.

Numbers
Once you select a bank the GT-5 shows a red blinking light on the pedal. The GT-5 is now telling you to select a
patch number. Use the following procedure to select one of the patch numbers:
Press one of the five pedals to access a patch number.
Here's an example of the first patch in the GT-5, 1-1-1 TUBE STACK. This would be Group 1 - Bank 1 - Number 1.

Press GROUP button to select USER 1.
2)
Press BANK pedal, then press Pedal Number 1.
3)
Press NUMBER pedal 1 to select patch one. The display should read 11 TUBE STACK.
