REPLACING DRIP PAN HEATER

1. Turn off power to the merchandiser.
2. Remove wire racks and display pans from the
compartment being serviced.
3. Unplug the heater from the heater harness.
4. Remove heater lead wire from interior panel
supports.
5. Remove all screws and clips, then remove the
heater.

all screws

6. Position the new heater. Apply new acrylic
sealer to the underside of clips. Carefully
reinstall clips in their original position.
7. Route heater lead wire through the interior
panel supports.
8. Reconnect harness.
9. Turn on power to merchandiser and check for
proper operation.
10. Reinstall display pans and wire racks.
