Disposal
We consider environmental protection and the conservation of your resources as corporate
goals of a high priority. Global environmental management according to ISO 14001 ensures
adherence to laws and sets high standards for this. Environmentally friendly design, technical
safety and health protection are solid targets even during the development of our products.
The following provides recommendations for environmentally friendly disposal of the column
and its components.
Disposing of packaging material
• Dispose of packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner or recycle the
material. Observe the disposal regulations and environmental protection regulations.
• If needed, contact a specialist disposal company.
• Wooden pallets are made of impregnated wood. Observe the local regulations.
• Packaging foil should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Disposal of the column
Dismantle the terminal box with the associated cables. Remove the switchgear from the
terminal box.
Dismantle the PVC roof of the column.
Dispose of all dismantled parts in accordance with local regulations.
For environmentally sustainable recycling and disposal of the device, contact a certified waste
disposal service for metals and electronic waste.
