Cause
MFD1 has low voltage.
PFD1 backlight calibration
lost.
PFD1 configuration error.
PFD1 has poor cooling.
Reducing power usage.
A key is stuck on the
PFD1 bezel.
PFD1 software mismatch.
A fault has been detected
in PFD1.
PFD1 has low voltage.
Recommended Actions
• Check input voltage to the
GDU.
• If the input voltage is
correct, replace the GDU.
• Replace the GDU.
• Reload configuration to the
GDU.
• If the fault persists, check
the master configuration
module harness for faults
and replace if necessary.
• Check the avionics
environment for proper
cooling and make any
necessary corrections.
• If the fault persists, replace
the GDU.
• Select the GDU Test page
and verify the key is stuck
(corresponding indicator
will be green).
• Exercise the suspected
stuck key and reset the
GDU Test page to see if the
indicator remains green
without pressing the key.
• If the fault persists, replace
the GDU.
• Load the correct software.
• Replace the GDU.
• Check input voltage to the
GDU.
• If the input voltage is
correct, replace the GDU.
