Chapter 3 Logging On
This chapter describes how to log on to the Scan Kiosk II device as the Administrator when
the device is turned ON for the first time, and when the password has already been changed
and entered successfully.
IMPORTANT
• If the Scan Kiosk II device has been upgraded to V2.0, has restarted successfully, and the
Administrator password has been set previously, it is preserved, and you do not have to
change your password.
• You can access the Administrator Settings from the touch panel display, or remotely from a
supported Web browser.
• To access the device remotely from your supported Web browser, enter https://<device IP
address or name>/chorin-webapp/.

Logging On for the First Time
This section describes how to log on to the device for the first time from power ON.
IMPORTANT
This device does not have a default password. When you log on for the first time, you
must create a unique password to access the Administrator Settings.
