Importing a Root Certificate

This section shows how to import a root certificate. You can also import device
certificates from the Device Configuration > Device Certificate screen. See
"Updating the Device Certificate,"
IMPORTANT
• Root certificates are applied when the LDAP, SMTP, (i.e., SMTPS or STARTTLS),
or WebDAV over SSL protocol is being used.
• Root certificates must be in the .cer format.
• You can import up to 50 certificates.
1. From the Scan Kiosk II Home screen, press [Administrator Settings].
IMPORTANT
The [E-mail] button only appears on the Home screen if an e-mail server has
been configured.
2. Log on to the device as an Administrator.
