Determine if you are printing on a page size different than the page size selected in
the printer driver
The print area will shift to the top left if you are printing on a paper larger than what is
selected in the printer driver, and will shift to the bottom right if you print on a paper size
smaller than what is selected in the printer driver. Select the paper size in the printer driver.
Determine if the Scale print option is selected
If you are attempting to execute a Scale print, make sure the rate of enlargement/reduction
is set correctly and make sure that the Paper Size selection is correct.
Determine if you are printing on a paper size shorter than what is selected in the
software application
Make sure you use the paper size that is selected in the software application.
decrease the bottom margin.
decrease the right margin.
decrease the top margin. (If the bottom margin is not adjustable in the
software application, then reduce the number of lines on a page to
increase the bottom margin.)
decrease the left margin. (If the right margin is not adjustable in the
software application, then reduce the number of characters in a line of
