Check to see if the BJC-55 printer is selected as the default printer
Select the Canon BJC-55 as the default printer.

Click Start, select Settings, and click Printers.

Right-click the Canon BJC-55 icon and then click Set as Default to turn this
selection on. Make sure there is a check mark by Set as Default.

From the Apple menu, select Chooser.

In the Chooser, click the BJC-55 icon, then click the Close box.
