Click the down-arrow in the BJ Cartridge box and select the appropriate
cartridge specification from the drop-down list.

Click the down-arrow in the Media Type box and select the appropriate print
medium from the drop-down list.

It is possible to set BJ Cartridge automatically by clicking the Detect...
button on the Main tab. For this feature to work, your printer cable must
allow bi-directional communication and you must first open the Canon
BJC-55 Properties dialog box from the Start menu and check Enable
bi-directional support on the Ports tab.
