REMOVAL OF HIGH LIMIT
1. Drain shortening from the fryer.
2. Open fryer door and disengage hi limit wire harness located below the control housing to the left
side of the fryer. (Fig. 21)
3. With a flat blade screwdriver note and remove (3) wire leads from the high limit. (Fig. 22)
