【J-3】 Installing the Stop Rail Arm and the Stop Rail
Assembling Instruction
1. Insert stop rail arm assy ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ to the muffler arm bush of stop rail bracket.
(See Detail D)
＊ Deploy the ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ assys as shown in the drawing.
＊ Nip the drive rod pin with the bent part of stop rail arm as shown in the drawing left.
2. Fasten Stop rail arm bind fittings ⑪ on Stop rail arm (2) L assy ④ and Stop rail arm (2) R assy ⑤
with one screw ⑫ ⑬ each, then join the ④ and ⑤ .
＊ Apply the screws ⑫ ⑬ as shown in the drawing.
3. Tighten the fixed screw of Shank stop rail assy ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ ⑩ with the height adjust screw (socket) of
stop rail arm assy ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ , and fasten them together. (See Detail E)
＊ When tightening the screw, rotate it three times per piece in turn.
