Assembling Instruction
1. Set crank rod bearing assy ③ on drive rod assy ② , then fasten it on the top
rail bracket with screw ⑦ .
2. As show in Detail C, fasten drive lever (A) assy ④ on drive rod assy ② with
screw ⑧ .
3. Attach screw ⑫ and two polyslider washers ⑨ on the spring set lever of drive
lever (A) assy ④ . After fitted it into the screw hole of spring set fittings, fasten
it with nut ⑩ .
＊ Do not fully tighten up screw ⑧ so that the spring set lever can work
smoothly.
4. Insert five muffler arm bushes ⑤ into the pin of the drive rod.
＊ Cut one piece of the muffler arm bushes as shown in the drawing below,
then this becomes flange cut ⑥ .
5. Hook up Muffler spring ⑪ in the holes of spring hook and drive lever (A).
