On-Board Polyethylene Feed Systems
Be careful when interacting with the polyethylene feed systems due to the contents
of the tanks. Read all manufacturer's warning and material MSDS to know the
specific hazards of the material used. Wear respirator, gloves and other protective
clothing as necessary before dispensing material.
Always unplug the agitators from their power source (electric or pneumatic) before
performing any maintenance.
Hearing protection may be required if sitting in close proximity to the pneumatic
agitators

12. If the lids come with agitator assemblies, the
upright support comes with an extra clamp
assembly on both sides. Rotate the clamp up to
the position shown below (Figure 4), slide it all the
way into the handle areas as shown and insert the
tethered quick-release pin into the hole in the
support upright.

13. If necessary, to remove tanks from pump housing,
remove the two top screws holding the tank to
upright support and loosen (Note: There is no
need to completely remove) the six (6) socket
head cap screws that hold the tank to the pump
housing and rotate the lock rings counter
clockwise and lift the tanks off
