Accumulator Low Level Sensors

If a low level sensor is ordered as part of the configured machine, then it should already be installed and tied into the
HMI. However, if it is not or this is something being added on later, please follow the instruction below for instalation
1. Place the main sensor body against the main cylinder
wall as shown (Green Arrow).
The sensor in the figure is shown being placed on the
front, but it can be placed on any side of the cylinder.
2. Line up the bolt holes of the clamp (Blue Arrow) and
the main sensor body and lightly clamp the two
together around nearest tie rod by finger tightening
the socket head cap screw provided
3. Once the sensor is finger-tight, make sure that it's
not sitting down against the pump flange. Slide it up
around a 1/2" to 3/4" and tighten it down.
Once the sensor is interfaced to the HMI, it may be
necessary to further adjust the cylinder

4. Plug the end of the cable assembly into the plug provided on the
electronics shelf as shown. Please refer to manual 312393 for
further instruction on enabling the sensors through the HMI.
