This chapter consolidates all indicators, ASCII alarms, device messages, and
backup-related last cause messages.
The FrameSaver 9120 access unit's faceplate includes 12 LEDs ( light-emitting
diodes) that provide status on the access unit, its network interface, and the DTE
interfaces. Test jacks are also provided on the faceplate. The following illustration
shows a FrameSaver 9120 access unit faceplate.
NET DSX NET MON
From the user interface – async terminal or NMS – access this status information
by going to the Status branch/menu and choosing Display .
The following tables tell you how to interpret the LEDs.
