Fuel Pump

(1) Dust or contaminants sucked into the fuel pump will reduce pumping capacity.
Always install the fuel strainer.

initial setting of the fuel pump flow rate for shipment is ±0%. For smooth adjustment,
reduce the flow rate 6% when the flue pipe is extended 0.5m, 12% for 1.0m
extension, and 18% for 1.5m. Adjust it with the switch "SW1" on the circuit board

Burner Mat

(1) This is attached to the burner bottom with the burner mat adhesive (Betac 99C Part
#20474926). This helps vaporize the fuel smoothly and stabilize the combustion
when the unit is tilted.
(2) The burner mat is made of silica cloth (its heat resistance limit 1000°C (1832°F) and
is expected durable enough for ordinary use.
(3) When replacing the burner mat, remove the
deformed burner mat and its adhesive
completely with metal brush or sand paper.
Then spread the adhesive on the burner
bottom and put the mat on it. The replaced
mat must sit on the bottom without any
space between it and the bottom of the
burner. Otherwise the mat will be of no use.
