7. TROUBLESHOOTING

Malfunction
Unable to switch on
The faucet does not
produce water
Waste water is
released even when
faucet is off
No or low flow of
purified water
Faucet has no light
display
Possible cause
Power is not connected
The water inlet is blocked, or power
supply is disconnected
Wires are damaged
Circuit board faulty
The front cover is not installed
correctly.
The pressure pump is faulty
The water inlet is faulty
One of the filters is at 0% life
Filters are not properly installed
The main circuit board cannot shut off
the inlet valve
The inlet valve is malfunctioning
Filters are at 0% life
Filters are blocked
Inlet valve is preventing incoming water
flow
Insufficient pressure in the system
Water inlet is clogged
Connection to main circuit board not
secure
Faucet display faulty
Solution
Check the power supply or power plug
Check incoming water supply and water
pressure
Replace wires
Replace circuit board
Close the cover, taking care to align the
magnets at the top first.
Replace the pressure pump
Replace the water inlet
Replace the relevant filter
Reinstall the filters
Check the inlet valve and replace if
necessary
Replace the inlet valve
Replace the filters
Reinstall the affected filters
Check if inlet valve is working, replace if
necessary.
If waste water flows normally, the fault
lies with the inlet valve
