1) エアーチューブを配管します。
・ 1 本針の場合は、センサ取付台に取付けられ
たエアーチューブ 1 をそのままベッドの穴
( 上から 3 番目 ) 2 に通し、アーム裏側窓板
の下のコードグロメット 3 から出します。
・ 2 本 針 の 場 合 は、 エ ア ー チ ュ ー ブ
(1,700mm) 4 を ベ ッ ド の 穴 ( 上 か ら 3 番
目 ) 2 に通し、アーム裏側窓板の下のコード
グロメット 3 から出します。
右釜用センサ取付台のエアーチューブ 5 、左
釜用センサ取付台のエアーチューブ 6 、エ
アーチューブ (1,700mm) 4 をチューブ継手
7 に取付けます。
センサ保護チューブ、エアーチューブ 6 を
チューブ支え 8 に挿入します。

Piping the air tube.
• In case of 1-needle, pass air tube 1 attached to
the sensor installing base through hole (3rd
from top) 2 in the machine bed and draw it out
from cord grommet 3 located under the window
plate on the rear side of the machine arm.
• In case of 2-needle, pass air tube (1,700 mm)
4 through hole (3rd from top) 2 in the machine
draw it out from cord grommet 3
bed and
located under the window plate on the rear side
of the machine arm.
Attach air tube 5 of sensor installing base
for right-hand side hook, air tube 6 of sensor
installing base for left-hand side hook, and air
tube (1,700 mm) 4 to tube joint 7 .
Insert the sensor protection tube and air tube 6
into tube support 8 .
2) センサ保護チューブ、エアーチューブを動メ
ス等の駆動部に接触しないように結束バンド
9 で束ねます。
2) Bundle sensor protection tubes and air tubes
with clip bands 9 so that they do not come in
contact with the driving section such as moving
knife and the like.
