Caution : Be careful that the sensor protection tube is not excessively bent or that the sensor
protection tube does not come in contact with the head support rod when the machine
head is tilted.

AE-12/AE-17 の場合は、 5）へ進んでください。
1) 検知スイッチ 1 に板ばね 2 を取付けます。
2) 検知スイッチ取付板 3 にフランジ 4 を取付けます。
3) フランジ 4 を押えながらフランジの両側の保持
部 5 を長手方向の板ばね 2 との間に挿入し、
突起部 6 にフランジの角穴部を組み合わせます。
For the AE-12/-17, proceed to 5).
1) Attach plate spring 2 to detecting switch 1 .
2) Attach fl ange 4 to detecting switch installing plate 3 .
3) Pressing fl ange 4 , insert holding portion 5 on
the both sides of the fl ange between the fl ange
and plate spring 2 located in the lengthwise
direction of the switch, and combine the corner
hole portion of the fl ange with projection 6 .
4) ス イ ッ チ を 覆 う よ う に カ バ ー 7 を 検 知 ス
イッチ取付板 3 に押し付け、結束バンド 8
でカバー 7 を固定します。
5) 糸巻き案内板 9 と検知スイッチ取付板 3 を
共締めします。
4) Press cover 7 to detecting switch installing plate 3 so
as to cover the switch and fi x cover 7 with clip band 8 .
5) Tighten bobbin winder guide plate 9 together
with detecting switch installing plate 3 .
6) センサ保護チューブと検知スイッチコードを
固定します。
・ AE-9/AE-16 の場合は、センサ保護チューブと
検知スイッチコードを結束バンド !0 で束ねて固
定します。
6) Fix the sensor protection tube and the detecting
switch cord.
• For the AE-9/-16, fi x the sensor protection tube
and the detecting switch cord with bundled with
clip bands !0 .
・ AE-12/AE-17 の場合は、検知スイッチコー
ド !1 をセンサ保護チューブと同様に引き回し、
2P シリンダーの駆動部に干渉しないように結
束バンド !0 で束ねて固定します。
注意： センサ保護チューブが極端な曲げ方になら
ないように、また頭部を倒したとき頭部支
え棒にあたらないように注意してください。
• For the AE-12/-17, route detecting switch cord !1 in
the same manner as the sensor protection tube and
fi x it with bundled with clip bands !0 to prevent it from
interfering with the driving sections of 2P cylinder.
