From your laptop, go to

On the Resources tab, scroll down and expand the Software, firmware, and applications section to
download the Power Xpert Gateway USB Signed Windows Device Driver.

Save the driver configuration file (eaton-pxgms-firmware.zip) to the C: drive using the default location or a
folder you select. Note the path of the downloaded file on your computer.
NOTE
Do not download the file to your desktop.
