RAS-to-CAS Override (for 612BF): Select the display cache clock periods control by CAS
# LT depend on CAS # Latency value , Override(2) gives faster performance.

RAS # Timing (for 612BF): This item controls RAS# active to Protegra, and refresh to RAS#
active delay (in local memory clocks) , Fast gives faster performance and Slow gives more
stable performance.
