Adjusting the ACTIVITY REPORT Setting

You can set the machine to turn on or off automatic printing of the ACTIVITY REPORT.

Press [Menu].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <FAX SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <REPORT SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <ACTIVITY REPORT> ➞ press [OK].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select the setting you want ➞ press [OK].
You can select from the following:
- <OUTPUT YES> to turn on automatic printing of the ACTIVITY REPORT
- <OUTPUT NO> to turn off automatic printing of the ACTIVITY REPORT

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.

Adjusting the TX REPORT Setting

The machine can print a TX (transmission) report (TX REPORT or ERROR TX REPORT) after sending
a document. You can set it to print every time it sends a document, or only when an error occurs.
Alternatively, you can disable printing the report. By default, the machine is set to print a TX report only
when an error occurs.
