7.1 Messages

The table below contains fault and information messages which can appear in the app.
Note: Refer to the Operator's manual for more information about how to rectify errors.

The boundary wire connections to the

The working area slopes too much at the
boundary wire.
The boundary wire is laid in the wrong di-
rection around an island.
The product finds it hard to distinguish the
signal from an installation close by.
Disturbances from magnetic objects (fen-
ces, reinforcement steel) or buried cables
close by.

No loop
Boundary wire broken.

The boundary wire is not connected to the
charging station.
The power supply is not connected.
The power voltage cable is damaged or
not connected.
The pairing between the product and the
charging station is broken.
The boundary wire is laid in the wrong di-
rection around an island.
Disturbances from metal objects (fences,
reinforcement steel) or buried cables.
ECO mode is activated and the product
has attempted to start outside the charging
station.

Loop sen-
The cabling to the sensor circuit board is
sor prob-
faulty or has come loose.

24 - Troubleshooting

7 Troubleshooting
Action
Check that the boundary wire is connected cor-
rectly to the charging station.
Check that the boundary wire has been laid ac-
cording to the instructions.
Check that the boundary wire has been laid ac-
cording to the instructions.
Check that the boundary wire has been laid ac-
cording to the instructions. Refer to
Boundaries within the working area in the Opera-
tor's manual.
Put the product in the charging station and gener-
ate a new loop signal.
Try moving the boundary wire and/or creating ad-
ditional islands in the working area.
Check the signal given by the LED on the charg-
ing station. Refer to
Check that the boundary wire connectors are fit-
ted properly to the charging station.
Check the wall socket connection and whether an
earth-fault breaker has tripped. Check that the
low voltage cable is connected to the charging
station.
Check that the low voltage cable is not damaged.
Check that it is properly connected to the charg-
ing station and to the power supply.
Put the product in the charging station and gener-
ate a new loop signal.
Check that the boundary wire has been laid ac-
cording to the instructions. Refer to
Boundaries within the working area in the Opera-
tor's manual.
Try moving the boundary wire and/or creating ad-
ditional islands in the working area.
Put the product in the charging station and start
the product.
Check the levels for the A signal. Refer to
eck service tool on page 9 .
