Move the product to a flat area.
Check the drive wheel and remove any objects.
Fault in the power supply, or wrong type of power
supply or charging station is being used.
Restart the product by switching off the ON/OFF
button, wait 10 seconds and then switch on the
ON/OFF button.
Replace the main circuit board. Refer to
