5. Push the special tool down in 1 of the 2 positions,
and pull the body up.
6. Continue with the other position while holding the
body up.
7. Lift up and remove the body.
8. Install in the opposite sequence.

5.7 To remove and install the lower chassis

1. Turn the product up side down and put it on a soft
and clean surface to prevent damage to the product.
2. Remove the 10 screws.
3. Lift the lower chassis carefully.

4. Disconnect the cable from the battery from the main
board.
CAUTION: Always disconnect the power
cable first to prevent current spikes that may
harm the circuit boards or the battery.
5. Disconnect the cable for the cutting motor from the
main circuit board.
6. Install in the opposite sequence.
CAUTION: Replace the sealing strip every time
you assemble the lower chassis. A used sealing
strip does not provide a satisfactory seal.

5.8 To remove and install the upper chassis

1. Remove the body. Refer to
the body system on page 13 .
2. Remove the lower chassis. Refer to
install the lower chassis on page 14 .
3. Remove the STOP button. Refer to
install the STOP button on page 15 .
4. Remove the body suspension parts. Refer to
replace the body suspension parts on page 18 .
5. Remove the front wheels and the wheel motors.

6. Remove the main circuit board. Refer to
the main circuit board on page 16 .
7. Remove the front sensor circuit board. Refer to
replace the front sensor circuit board on page 15 .
8. Remove the battery. Refer to
