5 Assign an IP address and subnetwork mask for the default VLAN by using the
following command:
config vlan <name> ipaddress <ipaddress> {<subnet_mask>}
For example:
config vlan default ipaddress 123.45.67.8 255.255.255.0
Your changes take effect immediately.
6 Configure the default route for the system using the following command:
config iproute add default <ipaddress> {<metric>}
For example:
config iproute add default 123.45.67.1
7 Save your configuration changes so that they will be in effect after the next system
reboot, by typing
save

ISCONNECTING A
An administrator-level account can disconnect a management session that has been
established by way of a Telnet connection. If this happens, the user logged in by way of
the Telnet connection is notified that the session has been terminated.
To terminate a Telnet session, follow these steps:
1 Log in to the system with administrator privileges.
2 Determine the session number of the session you want to terminate by typing
show session
