Apply medium-strength (blue) Loctite or equivalent
to threads, and torque to 75–85 in-lb (8.5–9.6 N.m)
at 100 rpm maximum.
Do not over-torque.
Grease.
The words "AIR SIDE" on diaphragm (401, 404)
must face into the pump housing (1).
Curved side of plates (116**) and (118**) must face diaphragms.
Used only on models with PTFE
Apply thread lubricant.
Torque to 75–85 in-lb (8.5–9.6 N.m).
Torque to 3–6 ft-lb (4–8 N.m).
