PROBLEM
Air bubbles in fluid.
Fluid in exhaust air.
Pump exhausts air at stall.
Pump exhausts air from clamps.
Pump exhausts air near air valve.
Pump leaks fluid from check valves.
Troubleshooting
CAUSE
Suction line is loose.
Diaphragm (401, 404) ruptured.
Loose manifolds (102) or damaged
o-rings (113).
Loose fluid side diaphragm plates
(116).

Worn air valve cup (5) or plate (13).
Worn shaft seals (31‡).
