*2 Temperature data are values obtained by converting the lower 24 bits (D0 to D23) of SSI data to
a signed 32-bit integer.
When the signed bit is "0": The MSB (D24-D31) is "00"
When the signed bit is "1": The MSB (D24-D31) is "FF"
*3 The temperature value (°C) is returned in single-precision floating- point number type.
For example, if the temperature is 12.3°C, "12.3" will be set.
This is supported when using firmware Ver1.30, and with definition information Ver1.1.0.0 or later
versions for the CPSN-SSI-4C.
When the firmware is Ver1.20 or earlier versions, use the Ver1.0.0.0 definition information.
