 Phase-Z Input Logic
Set the phase-Z input logic.
When this is set as Positive-logic, the count values are cleared to zero at phase-Z active high.

 One-shot Pulse Width
Set the one-shot pulse width.
When the count value matches the counter comparison value, a one-shot pulse is output outside.
