4. Remove the 2 screws (A) and the heat shield (B).

5. Remove the 2 screws (C) and the muffler (D).

6. Replace the gasket between the muffler and the
exhaust pipe.
7. Install in the opposite sequence.
9.2.8 To remove and install the muffler (R115C)
1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to
engine cover on page 21 .
2. Remove the rear engine cover. Refer to
the rear engine cover on page 22 .
3. Remove the engine side covers. Refer to
the engine side covers R115C on page 21 .

4. Remove the 2 screws (A) on the exhaust pipe.

5. Remove the screw (B) on the bracket and remove
the muffler (C).
6. Replace the gasket between the engine and the
exhaust pipe when you install the muffler.
7. Install in the opposite sequence.
9.2.9 To replace the engine oil
WARNING: Engine oil is very hot directly after
the engine stops. Let the engine become cool
before you drain the engine oil. If you spill
engine oil on your skin, clean with soap and
water.
1. Put a container below the oil drain plug.
2. Remove the dipstick.
3. Remove the drain plug.
