In the left panel under Device Manager, click Network.
The Network page opens.

Confirm that the mail server address is entered correctly in the SMTP
Server Address box for TCP/IP, and make sure that the posted
domain name of the printer is entered correctly for the DNS Domain
Name.
If the mail server address or the printer domain name entries are not correct,
they must be corrected. (
