To export a document:
1. Open the folder with the document you want to export.
2. Select the document you want to export, and then click Export on the
File menu or drag your document to the Export button on the
command bar.
3. In the Export File dialog box, specify the drive and directory where
you want to place the exported file, and click Save.

Attaching a Document to Electronic Mail (E-mail)

If you have a Messaging Application Program Interface (MAPI) -
compliant e-mail application (such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft
Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, and Netscape Mail) installed on
your system, you can attach a document in the Desktop Manager to an e-
mail message. The Desktop Manager opens your e-mail application, and
attaches the selected document to a blank e-mail message. You cannot,
however, open your e-mail application from the Desktop Manager if you
do not plan on attaching a document.
Your e-mail application must be set as the system default MAPI client.
