3. On the Text Stamp tab, click the text stamp you want to insert into the
document and click OK.
4. In the MultiPASS Viewer window, on the Annotations menu, point to
Tools and then click Stamp. Or click Stamp in the Annotation toolbox.
5. Click the mouse at the location where you want to place the text
stamp in the layout area.
To edit a text stamp:
1. Click Select Stamp on the Annotation menu.
2. In the Select Stamp dialog box, click the Text Stamp tab.
3. On the Text Stamp tab, click the stamp you want to edit, and then
click Edit.
4. In the Text Stamp Edit dialog box, modify the text and click OK.
5. In the Select Stamp dialog box, click OK to save your changes and
close the dialog box.
To remove an image or text stamp:
1. Click Select Stamp on the Annotation menu.
2. In the Select Stamp dialog box, click the stamp you want to remove,
and then click Delete.
3. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
4. In the Select Stamp dialog box, click OK to close to save your changes
and close the dialog box.
Highlighting Your Document
You can add a color highlight to text or other images in a document. To
do this, select a color and then draw a rectangular highlight over the
desired area. All highlight colors are transparent and display in the color
you specify. When you print the document, the highlighted region prints
as gray shadings.
