Warning for rider to take over control

Warnings appear in the middle of the display; these are marked
yellow or red depending on their relevance.
Yellow warnings indicate malfunctions or information which
require prompt intervention or an adjustment to the riding style.
Red warnings indicate malfunctions or information which require
immediate intervention.

Warnings can be hidden by pressing any button.
All the existing warnings are displayed in the
Warnings menu until they are no longer active.
The ice warning
goes on when there is an increased risk of ice
on the roads.
The ice warning
appears in the middle of the display and is
highlighted in yellow.
The ice warning
appears on the display when the ambient tem-
perature drops below the specified value.

The ice warning
goes out on the display when the ambient tem-
perature rises above the specified value again.

The warning for the rider to take over control (BRAKE!) appears in
the center of the display and is highlighted in red.
The warning appears if the system detects a potential collision or
the minimum speed of 25 km/h (16 mph) is not expected to be
reached.
The warning only appears when the adaptive cruise control func-
tion is activated and if the system has detected a vehicle ahead.
If the warning appears, then immediately take over control of the
vehicle.
