1. Adjusting the silicon container thread guide
WARNING :
To protect against possible personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, be sure to start the fol-
lowing work after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

Extreme right position
1) Loosen setscrews 1 and adjust so that the ds-
tance from the center of the setscrew on the upper
sde to the bottom end of the thread hole s 10 mm.
Then tghten setscrews 1 to fix the thread guide.
2) Loosen setscrew 2 and adjust the poston from the
center of screws 1 to the center of needle thread
gude rod to the extreme rght poston (43 mm).
Then tghten screw 2 to fix the thread guide rod.
2. A djusting the needle bar thread take-up thread receiver
WARNING :

Adjustment value
3) Loosen setscrews 3 and adjust so that the heghts
of the respectve needle thread gude rods are the
dmensons as shown n the table. Then tghten
screws 3 to fix the thread guide rods.
Loosen setscrew 1 and adjust so that the bottom end
to the center of the thread hole of needle bar thread
take-up 3 algns wth the top end of needle bar thread

take-up thread recever 2 when the needle bar s n ts
lowest poston. Then tghten screw 1 to fix the needle
bar thread take-up thread recever.
