6.2 Status and error display
DIAG LED
The DIAG LED indicates system and module faults.

Backplane bus supply of the ET 200SP is not OK

Module reintegratable diagnostic event has been resolved and the module or channel is awaiting reinte-
gration. This can include the following events:

Module detected PROFIsafe CRC error

Module detected PROFIsafe timeout error

Reintegratable channel errors
Module parameters are set, and module has active diagnostics (at least one error is present)

Channel status/channel fault LEDs
The A and B LEDs indicate the current level of the associated input signals. At low counting
speeds the A and B LEDs show the actual state of the signals. At higher counting speeds, the
A and B LEDs will change at a limited rate to show activity. A and B LEDs flash when setting
the profisafe address.
